About PinchOfGrace by Candy Clonts

I am married to a very wonderful and gracious man for 30 yrs. We have two great grown sons and their wives and a beautiful teenage daughter. We Pastor Grace Tabernacle Church in Safford, AZ and have for approx. 10 yrs. now. Through the years the Lord has taken me, my family also, on may great adventures. Some have been treacherous, while many were a thrill and others quite a joy. I do have to say I look forward reqardless to the journeys road, with great anticipation of what my Jesus has for me and my family. Phil. 4:13 says "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me." I could not walk this walk of faith with out Him. He is my strength and my hope. Psalm 71:5 "For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth." Psalm 119:116 " Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope." Philip. 1:20 "According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death." I love my Jesus. Yes, He is yours also, but has become very real to me through the years. I love Him with my whole heart and desire that He continues to reveal Himself to me like no other can. My hearts desire is to be His and His alone. My life is too short to play games anymore. He is my Savior, Lord, Master, Ruler, Lover, Breath and Life, and soooo much more that words lack...but He is also my soon and coming King and (hopeful) Bridegroom. Jesus is coming soon. It is not an old story or wishful, hopeful thinking, BUT, TRUTH. I want and desire to see His coming and hear that marvelous call of that great trumpet. Rev. 3:11 "Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown." (I do not to be robbed of any thing He has for me.) Rev. 22:12 "And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be." (I look forward to seeing Him, I desire to have pleased Him in the life He has blessed me with.) Rev. 22:2 "He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus." (Time is running short, I want to be there to see and greet Him with abandonment.) God bless each one of you. I know Jesus has something for you today.

Thank you Jesus for my daddy.

I will be fifty-two years old in a few months and i am still daddys little girl…even though I am of the oldest of my sister and two brothers. Some things never change and I am grateful.

I lost my daddy last night. This song so reminds me of him. He will be greatly missed, BUT, I know I will see him again. He is with Jesus. He is whole and playing with God’s little ones. I can imagine him as he did with me rough-housing and laughing. I can also see him sitting with Jesus. I thank the Lord God for one of the greatest gift He gave me. Thank You Lord for this gift you gave me in my daddy. I did give you kisses before you went back to be with Jesus, always to be remembered. You will always be with me, butterfly kisses and all. I love you. Again thank you Jesus for my daddy.

Dear Boston and Others,

Many have already written about this horrible tragedy, I want to express my sadness and extend a hand of love and care to you.

Jesus-seesTo all that have been affected by the bombings in Boston today, Monday, April 15, 2013, my thoughts and prayers go out to you.

I  am one meager person, but if every ‘single’ person were to show their support to you…Wow!

1 Corinthians 12:26 (TLB) 26 If one part suffers, all parts suffer with it, and if one part is honored, all the parts are glad.

America, we have stood together before, I know many of you are still standing together supporting fellow Americans, let us continue to do so.

I said “to all that have been affected,” I would  like to ask, “Who was not affected by this?” If it didn’t shake you to some degree, well, I am sorry. This is a pain that reaches deep within ones soul, through the soul of our nation. Lord help us not to become calus hearted.

Psalms 95:7-8 (NLT) 7 For he is our God. We are the people he watches over, the flock under his care. If only you would listen to his voice today! 8 The Lord says, “Don’t harden your hearts…..”

Once again to Boston, runners, spectators, officials, families, friends, the injured and hurting ones all around, my heart goes out to you with many prayers being said tonight and in the days to come.

Isaiah 40:1 (TLB) 1 “Comfort, yes, comfort my people,” says your God.
